Nanyang Flavours Pte. Ltd. further reserves the right to pursue any legal action against any user who violates the terms, conditions and notices contained on this site.
ORDERS & SELF-PICKUP
All orders placed on nanyangflavours.com are for Self-Pickup only at our indicated location. Nanyang Flavours Pte. Ltd. does not currently provide delivery services.
Pickup Window: Customers are responsible for picking up their orders during the date and time slot selected at checkout.
Unclaimed Orders: Due to the perishable nature of our products, orders not picked up by 4:30pm of the day of order will be disposed of for food safety reasons. No refunds or replacements will be provided for unclaimed orders.
Verification: Please present your Order Confirmation email (digital or printed) at the time of pickup.
Acceptance of Goods: Upon presenting your Order Confirmation and receiving your items, you are required to verify the accuracy and quality of your order. Once the customer (or their representative) leaves the pickup premises with the order, the products are deemed to have been accepted in good condition and the order successfully fulfilled. Nanyang Flavours Pte. Ltd. will not be liable for any discrepancies or damages reported after the customer has left the pickup location.
For PayNow transactions, customers must ensure they scan the provided QR code or enter the correct UEN/Amount as displayed at checkout. Nanyang Flavours Pte. Ltd. is not responsible for delayed order processing resulting from incorrect manual transfers or reconciliation failures caused by customer error.
REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Perishable Goods: As our products are food items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been collected.
Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled or modified up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup are non-refundable as preparation may have already commenced.
Incorrect/Damaged Items: If there is an issue with your order (e.g., wrong item or quality concerns), please notify us immediately at the point of pickup so we can rectify it on the spot.
ALLERGENS & FOOD SAFETY
While we take every precaution to ensure food safety, our products are prepared in a facility that may handle common allergens including but not limited to nuts, soy, wheat, and dairy. Customers are responsible for reviewing product ingredients. Nanyang Flavours Pte. Ltd. shall not be held liable for any allergic reactions or adverse effects resulting from the consumption of our products where the customer has failed to perform due diligence regarding their own dietary restrictions.
